Delivery

Cost: Free on every UK order. No minimum spend.

Time: Orders usually arrive within 7-14 days.

Tracking: You will get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Changing your address: If you need to change the delivery address, email us as soon as you can and we will change it if the order has not already been dispatched.

Returns

Window: 14 days from the day your order arrives.

Condition: Unused and in its original packaging. This includes items bought with a discount code or as part of a kit.

How: Email contact@wandraworld.com with your order number and we will send you the return address.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your return reaching us.

Return postage: Yours to cover, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — then it is on us.
