What to include

If your message is about an order, please include your order number (it starts with #) and, for anything damaged or incorrect, a photograph. It saves a round of emails and gets it sorted the same day.

Common questions, answered already

Where is my order? UK orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 days, and you will have had a tracking link by email. If it has been longer than 14 days, email us and we will chase it.
Orders with more than one item can arrive in more than one parcel, a day or two apart, with separate tracking. Nothing is missing if one turns up first.
Returns: 14 days from the day your order arrives, unused and in its original packaging. Email us for the return address. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.
Sizing, or which Sip Bottle to pick: tell us your dog's breed and rough weight and we will tell you honestly what we would choose.
