Delivery

Is delivery free?
Yes. Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will it take?
Usually 7-14 days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Some items are sent from different fulfilment partners, so an order with more than one product can arrive in more than one parcel, a day or two apart, each with its own tracking. This includes The Walk Kit, where the Roam Lead and the Sip Bottle are sent separately. Nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. UK only for now.

Choosing the right thing

How do I know it will fit my dog?
Each product page lists the sizes and measurements for that item, and the leads and harnesses are adjustable. Measure your dog first, and if you are between sizes, go up. If the fit is wrong when it arrives, send it back within 14 days.

Which Sip Bottle size do I need?
300ml for small breeds and short walks, 350ml for medium breeds and everyday outings, 550ml for large breeds, long hikes and hot days. If you are unsure, the 550ml covers the most situations.

Not sure what to pick?
Email contact@wandraworld.com and tell us your dog's breed and roughly how you walk. We will tell you honestly what we would go for, including if the answer is nothing.

Returns

Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. 14 days from the day it arrives, for any reason. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. This includes anything bought with a discount code or as part of a kit.

What if it arrives damaged?
Email contact@wandraworld.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, postage included.

Looking after it

How do I clean muddy gear?
Fabric leads, collars and harnesses: rinse in cold water and air dry away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry, and do not machine wash anything with metal hardware. Bottles and bowls: rinse after use and wash by hand in warm soapy water.

Who is WANDRA?
A small UK outdoor brand for dogs and the people who walk them. It is run by Zach, who uses the gear with his own dog. Every product in the range is chosen by hand rather than listed automatically, and the range is deliberately small for that reason. There is more on the Our Story page.
